Responsibilities
- Translate complex operational needs into simple, accessible UX flows.
- Create high-quality UI with consistent interaction patterns and visual hierarchy.
- Partner with engineering to ship production-ready experiences.
- Contribute to design systems and documentation for scalable product design.
Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and UX craft.
- Experience designing for web and mobile with modern tools (e.g., Figma).
- Ability to run lightweight user discovery and synthesize feedback.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
